About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Associate – Business Development to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, generating revenue, and supporting strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and outreach activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and business development efforts.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
