- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc.).
- Perform FEA and CFD analysis to optimize mechanical designs for durability and efficiency.
- Conduct material selection and stress analysis to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams for DFM/DFA considerations.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Perform prototyping, testing, and validation of mechanical designs.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical design issues during production and testing.
