Interior Site Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure that interior projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily interior site activities and coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, and clients when required.
- Check material requirements, deliveries, and proper utilization of materials at site.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality and finishing standards are maintained.
- Track project progress and report daily updates to the project manager.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
- Manage manpower and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in interior site supervision or interior construction.
- Good knowledge of interior finishing and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Experience: 2–5 years preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
