Key Responsibilities
Demand shaping
- Support Use Case Development: Identify business improvement opportunities and develop compelling use cases for AI ML solutions. Leverage insights from existing dashboards, reports, proof of concepts (POCs), and market research to present new propositions to clients.
- Support Proposal Development and Solutioning: Build comprehensive proposals, for solutions tailored to client needs.
Consulting & Business Analysis
- Data analysis & storyboarding and good understanding of Gen AI technology
- Extracting insights and building solution POV
- Connect the dots across the client company performance, operating model, internal value chains and industry knowhow (healthcare).
Internal collaboration with the Fractal ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal teams (account & technical teams) to develop winning proposals.
- Maximize applicability of Fractal’s Capabilities (Genesis, Supply chain, FP&A, Genomics, Senseforth.ai, etc.) for client use cases: what, why, how, when.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in Solution building, account management or presales in Consulting Services, encompassing Analytics offerings (BI, AI ML, Gen AI, Cloud Tech).
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to derive insights from various data sources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functional areas.
- Familiarity with the client management.
