Role Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service in a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Create quality latte art and ensure consistent beverage presentation.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies and assist with daily café operations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as a Barista
- Previous barista or café experience preferred.
- Good latte art skills are required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
