Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
Create Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
Build Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Workflows.
Work on integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Manage CMDB, data imports, transform maps, and scheduled jobs.
Configure notifications, SLAs, reports, and dashboards.
Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills:
Strong in JavaScript & Glide APIs.
Hands-on experience with ITSM modules.
Experience in Flow Designer & Workflow creation.
Knowledge of ACLs, roles, groups, and platform security.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Qualifications:
Graduation in IT/Engineering (preferred).
ServiceNow CSA certification (added advantage).
