Responsibilities:
- Manage overall daily operations of the cafe outlet
- Supervise and lead staff, ensuring discipline and productivity
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle billing, cash management, and basic reporting
- Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and manage inventory
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies
- Achieve sales targets and control operational costs
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare staff schedules and manage shift operations
Requirements:
- 1–2 years experience in cafe/F&B management
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts
