Position: Back Office Executive
Job Summary:
A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative and operational tasks that support the smooth functioning of the organization. They manage records, maintain databases, process documents, and coordinate with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Handle email communication and document filing.
- Support front office and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Process and verify forms, invoices, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency.
