He must be able to effectively lead & manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control commercial activities, business development, optimize revenue, market share, customer support processes and market development identify, contact and retain new customers. Will have to ensure customer satisfaction, claim prevention, operational safety standards, administration, business accounting etc. Must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
