Retail Store Executive
Role& Responsibilities:
· Serves customers by showing them relevant products and their coordinates and helping them style the select products well.
· Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
· Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
· Responds to customers’ questions.
· Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
· Ensure that the store is always clean and merchandise is presented in proper manner
· Help the customer to try the products and help them style their look
· Provides outstanding customer service.
· Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
· Manages financial transactions on POS
· Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
· Alerts management of potential security issues.
· Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
· Keeps management informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
Candidate Profile
· Age: Between 20-25 years
· Gender: Male/Female
· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in Kids clothing stores.
· Location: Noida, Gurgaon, Moti Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Vasant Kunj
· Languages known: English and Hindi must,
· Presentable with good communication and Interpersonal Skills
· Experience with CRM or POS Software· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and accept feedback· Retail Sales Experience, Kidswear retail experience will be preferred· Customer-Focused Mindset· Hardworking, punctual and flexible · Ability to Adapt & Prioritize Across Multiple Tasks and Unexpected Situations· Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making When Dealing With Customer Issues
