- Handle sales operations for PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) pharma franchise and third-party manufacturing business.
- Generate new leads for franchise distributors, pharma partners, and third-party clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with PCD distributors, pharma franchise owners, and manufacturing clients.
- Explain product portfolio, monopoly rights, pricing, and promotional schemes to potential clients.
- Manage inquiries related to third-party manufacturing, product customization, packaging, and quotations.
- Coordinate with production, regulatory, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare proposals, rate quotations, and business agreements for clients.
- Achieve sales targets for franchise expansion and third-party manufacturing services.
- Follow up on payments, order status, and client documentation.
- Maintain CRM records of clients, leads, and business conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify new territories and business opportunities.
- Support marketing campaigns for lead generation through online portals and pharma platforms.
- Resolve client issues related to product supply, packaging, delivery, and compliance.
- Train junior sales staff on PCD and third-party business processes.
