Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help build a talented team at Oppam Wellness. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing, and coordination skills with a passion for identifying and hiring the right talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining.
- Manage candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing and screening abilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
