Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or loading supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch procedures.
- Ability to handle physical and operational challenges.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices.
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma
- Preferred: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in loading, warehouse, or logistics operations
