Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth operations, and maintain productivity targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or production environments, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with teams to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Manage and guide production staff to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Track production performance and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity.
- Handle workforce allocation and shift planning as required.
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery, equipment, and resources.
- Support management in achieving production and business objectives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
