Job Description of Asst. Manager • Responsible for sales and in-house bookings. • To interact with and monitor the progress of all clients. • To counsel all the clients not losing weight as required in co-ordination with the in-house dietitian. • To ensure client satisfaction and maximize in-house bookings • To ensure package execution within the validity period devised according to the package • To plan in-house events along with the other staff to keep the clients motivated and come in regularly. • To motivate and delegate responsibility to all the slimming staff (dietitians and therapists) • To maintain the duty roster of dietitians and therapists. • To conduct regular meeting with the staff for sorting out grievances and taking suggestions for improvement. • To ensure maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness of staff (dietitians and therapist), slimming machines • Submit report weekly regarding the new diet clients, renewal, upgradation and the new treatment clients and their renewal and upgradation. • Getting customer feedback • Recording and closing customer complaint • Reason of customer not renewing membership and taking corrective action on the sales • Collecting reference from the existing customer • Checking & follow-up that the references get converted into members. TECHNICAL SKILLS required: Operating computer and knowledge of Microsoft office & Knowledge of social media marketing SOFT SKILLS required: Should be smiling, courteous, well groomed, teamworking, delegation of work Good interpersonal skills. Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex things simply. Time management
