Key Responsibilities
Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Update employee database and HRMS records.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of employee records.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and shift records.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with department supervisors regarding absenteeism and leave approvals.
Payroll Support
- Collect attendance and overtime data for payroll processing.
- Verify employee information related to salary and benefits.
- preparing payroll inputs and reports.
Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund
- Maintain statutory registers and employee records.
Employee Relations
- Address routine employee queries related to attendance, leave, salary, and HR policies.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
