Key Responsibilities
1. Collecting rent, managing financial records, and preparing budgets to ensure optimal cash flow and profitability of properties.
2. Supervising on-site staff and contractors, ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are carried out to the highest standards.
3. Conducting regular inspections to ensure properties comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
4. Addressing tenant complaints and resolving conflicts that arise, ensuring tenant satisfaction and retention.
5. Reporting regularly to property manager on financial performance, vacancy rates, and other key metrics.
Tasks and Duties
1. Coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair works on the property.
2. Updating and maintaining property management records and documents.
3. Proper track of housekeeping department and completing the checklist of cleaning of property including washrooms.
4. Proper track of the security personnel and completing the checklist of the same.
5. Coordinating with security supervisor regarding the lock and key and safety of the property during night.
6. Follow all fit-out work as per the schedule.
7. Regular random rounds of the property.
8. Regular checking of electrical equipment.
9. Regular checking and testing of fire equipment.
10. Keeping check of renewal of insurance and other equipment and its documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
