Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities. The candidate should have good computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle office documentation efficiently. Responsibilities Maintain and update office records, documents, and files. Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and other business documents. Handle data entry and maintain records using Microsoft Excel. Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal team members. Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence. Track and update project, inventory, and purchase records. Support management with administrative and operational tasks. Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. Requirements Any Degree / Diploma. Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Good computer operating skills. Basic knowledge of email handling and internet usage. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in records. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Google Sheets. Basic accounting or office administration experience. Ability to prepare reports and maintain data systematically.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
