Purpose of the Role:
1] Perform Accounting And Reconciliation
2] Comply With Lmw Policies And Guidelines / Applicable Laws
3] Tqm, Rcm And Other Activities
4] Prepare And Submit Mis Reports
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
lEmployee Travel expense - verify with supporting documents and update accounting entries in system
lPrepare and submit all bank reconciliation except Indian Bank every month
lAccount consultancy payments in oracle
lVerify and Validate CAREm Entry in system
lReceive & Update Workers Tax Investment details in system
lReceive and Process Import / Such other forex payments timely with DIC approval and update in oracle
lPeform Final Clearence update in system for Apprentice, Staff and Workers & Generate report
lPerform Reconciliation with books of account based on SIC instructions
lReceive and verify all bank advices and update promptly in system
lKeep Bank advices and other correspondance safely with complete traceability
lComply with LMW Policies and Procedures
lPerform IDPMS reconciliation every month and initiate action for closure every week
lVerify and Ensure correctness of Statutory deduction / recovery handled in Treasury Function;
lPrepare list of expired BG issued from various banks every month and submit list to Secretarial department to intiate closure process
lPrepare list of expired LC issued from various banks every month and submit list to SCM for considering renewal / closure
lReview and Identify expired indemnity bond from master file / on completion of projects w.e. is earlier and send communication to marketing for collection of original bond from customers
lReview and monitor Open BG / LC / Indemnity Bond periodically and take action for noted deviations
lPerform KHO Self Audit and initiate action for reported deviations;
lReview and Update Risk and Control Matrix periodically;
lIdentify Process Improvement and inform SIC
lPrepare, Print and dispatch all bank related correspondance timely
lReceive and Execute SIC instructions
lPrepare and Submit the reports requested by SIC promptly
