Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote hospital services and programs
- Plan and execute campaigns for patient acquisition, outreach programs, and awareness initiatives
- Coordinate with doctors, management, and operations team to align marketing activities
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, and online promotions
- Organize medical camps, community outreach programs, and institutional tie-ups
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback
- Handle branding, advertising, and promotional materials
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and corporates
- Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (Healthcare experience preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in digital and field marketing
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently
- Good networking and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Candidate
- Age: 25 – 35 years
- Candidates with experience in hospital or healthcare marketing will be given priority
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
