We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Prior experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Manage appointments and maintain schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks.
- Assist with office coordination and support staff as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
