Minerva Group of Institutions invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Marketing Officer. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong background in educational marketing and student outreach, capable of contributing to the institution's admissions and brand development initiatives.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Educational Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the institution's academic programs.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational stakeholders.
- Organize and conduct admission campaigns, career counseling sessions, seminars, workshops, and educational outreach activities.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Identify prospective markets and generate quality admission leads through effective field marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Admissions, Digital Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to recommend effective marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing activities, outreach efforts, and admissions performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in educational marketing, admissions, or institutional outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits, promotional activities, and admission campaigns.
