We are looking for a motivated and professional Relationship Officer cum Student advisor to guide students who are planning to study abroad. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students about study abroad opportunities (courses, universities, countries, visa process).
- Suggest suitable courses and institutions based on student profiles.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Assist with documentation, SOP guidance, and visa application support.
- Follow up regularly with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student data.
- Coordinate with partner universities and institutions.
- Participate in marketing activities, seminars, and education fairs.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Improve sales of the organisation and so on.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counseling ability.
- Basic knowledge of study abroad procedures is preferred.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, email).
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in study abroad counseling or sales will be an advantage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline).
- Experience in education consultancy is preferred but not mandatory.
