Manager – Field Recruitment & Rider Onboarding
Location: Delhi, Pune, Mumbai
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field recruitment / operations
- At least 2 years of team handling experience, including Team Leaders
Role Overview:
The Manager – Field Recruitment & Rider Onboarding will be responsible for overall rider hiring strategy, execution, and performance management across assigned cities or zones. The role involves managing Team Leaders, driving bulk onboarding numbers, and ensuring smooth coordination between recruitment and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Field Recruiter Team Leaders and their teams
- Own city-level rider onboarding targets and ensure achievement
- Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies for delivery riders
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of TLs
- Drive productivity, conversion ratios, and activation metrics
- Ensure process adherence and compliance in onboarding
- Review and validate MIS, dashboards, and recruitment reports
- Coordinate with Operations, City Ops, and HR teams
- Identify gaps, improve hiring efficiency, and reduce rider attrition
- Support escalation handling related to onboarding and deployment
- Ensure alignment with GLAM policies, SOPs, and growth plans
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Proven experience in managing multiple teams / TLs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven and target-oriented approach
- Strong understanding of gig economy / last-mile delivery hiring
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / MIS reporting
- Willingness to travel and work in field-intensive environments
Preferred Background:
- Experience in logistics, mobility, delivery platforms, or gig workforce
- Prior exposure to high-volume / bulk hiring environments
- Experience working in fast-growing startups is an advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
