LedgerGate Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable CMA USA Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and mentor students through effective classroom teaching.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct offline classroom sessions for students pursuing the CMA USA program.
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures covering the CMA USA syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, study materials, and other academic resources.
- Explain complex accounting, finance, and management concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to help students prepare effectively for the CMA USA examinations.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, assessments, revision classes, and mock examinations.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus while maintaining high academic standards.
- Maintain an interactive, disciplined, and positive classroom learning environment.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams regarding class schedules, student requirements, and academic activities.
- Support student onboarding and provide continuous academic assistance throughout the course.
- Stay updated with changes in the CMA USA syllabus, examination patterns, and relevant industry developments.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and effective classroom management at all times.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of CMA USA subjects, particularly Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, and related areas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in CMA USA teaching/training is preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
