Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Algebra Trainer to join our team during US business hours. The ideal candidate has a strong background in algebra, excellent communication skills, and experience teaching or mentoring students. This role requires delivering high-quality instruction, creating learning materials, evaluating learner performance, and supporting students in developing strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging algebra training sessions aligned with learning objectives.
- Teach topics including linear equations, inequalities, polynomials, quadratic equations, functions, graphing, exponents, and systems of equations.
- Create lesson plans, practice problems, quizzes, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Adapt instruction to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions through virtual or in-person platforms.
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate training records.
- Collaborate with the curriculum and academic teams to improve instructional content.
- Ensure timely communication with learners and team members during US business hours.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching US curriculum or international learners.
- Experience with online teaching platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital content creation.

Salary: Basic standard package for working hours
- Strong knowledge of algebra and mathematical reasoning.

- Comfortable working US Shift (Night Shift – IST).
