Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the execution of tests, monitoring defect resolution, and utilizing quality processes and methodologies to maintain and improve testing effectiveness and efficiency across projects.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of testing strategies that align with project goals and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Support the professional growth of team members by providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter QA.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze complex business and functional requirements to design effective testing strategies.
- Skilled in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and driving resolution processes.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration practices to enhance testing efficiency.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
