Key Responsibilities
Server Administration & Support
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise servers (Rack, Blade, and Tower).
- Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and replacements.
- Troubleshoot server hardware issues related to CPU, memory, disks, RAID controllers, NICs, and power supplies.
- Monitor server health and perform preventive maintenance.
- Support firmware and BIOS upgrades.
Storage Administration & Support
- Configure and manage SAN/NAS storage systems.
- Create and manage storage volumes, LUNs, RAID groups, and storage pools.
- Perform storage provisioning and capacity management.
- Troubleshoot storage connectivity and performance issues.
- Support storage replication and disaster recovery operations.
Operating System Support
- Install and maintain Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot OS-level issues.
- Perform patching and security updates.
Backup & Recovery
- Support backup solutions and recovery operations.
- Monitor backup jobs and troubleshoot failures.
- Assist in DR drills and recovery testing.
Incident & Service Management
- Handle L2 incidents and service requests within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware replacement and escalation.
- Prepare incident reports and RCA documents.
- Maintain asset inventory and support documentation.
Field Support Activities
- Visit customer locations/data centers for onsite support.
- Coordinate with facility teams during maintenance activities.
- Support installation, relocation, and decommissioning of IT infrastructure.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
