Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding admission procedures, courses offered, and career opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries and supporting the admission process for the institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent inquiries regarding courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Provide career counselling and course guidance to prospective students.
- Conduct telephonic follow-ups and counselling sessions with interested candidates.
- Maintain proper records of student inquiries and admission data.
- Assist students in completing admission forms and documentation.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic departments regarding student admissions.
- Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and promotional activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to convince and guide students effectively.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA / PG in Marketing or related field will be preferred).
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sector, or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Working Timings
09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
