Job Description
Alishan Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to manage the construction of our new office building and supervise ongoing work at multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work at the site
- Monitor and record incoming materials and material consumption
- Ensure proper use of materials to avoid wastage or theft
- Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors for smooth execution of work
- Maintain daily site reports including work progress and material tracking
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings and company standards
- Check quality of work and ensure safety guidelines are followed
- After completion of the office project, supervise construction activities at other company sites as required
- Provide regular progress updates to management
Requirements
- Experience as Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor
- Knowledge of construction materials and site operations
- Ability to manage workers and maintain daily reports
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred (not mandatory)
