Job Overview
The Dekorstudio is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to manage procurement, vendor coordination, purchase planning, and material availability for residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to support project execution by ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
l Manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for residential interior projects.
l Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs) based on approved 2D drawings and project requirements.
l Prepare detailed hardware and material lists with reference to 2D drawings.
l Source materials from approved vendors and negotiate the best prices, quality, and delivery timelines.
l Coordinate with the design, production, and site execution teams to ensure timely material availability.
l Monitor inventory, material deliveries, and vendor performance.
l Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and supplier databases.
l Ensure cost control while maintaining quality standards.
l Resolve procurement and supply-related issues efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
l Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive or Supply Chain Manager in the residential interiors industry.
l Strong knowledge of interior materials, hardware, fittings, and procurement processes.
l Ability to prepare Purchase Orders and Work Orders based on 2D drawings.
l Ability to prepare hardware and material lists from project drawings.
l Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
l Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
l Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. Knowledge of ERP/procurement software is an added advantage.
