AV Product Sales Specialist (Pre-Sales & Solution Design)
We are seeking an experienced AV Product Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, consultants, and internal teams to understand audiovisual (AV), collaboration, and unified communication requirements and translate them into complete technical solutions. This role combines consultative selling, pre-sales engineering, solution design, bill of material (BOM) preparation, schematic development, and proposal creation.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of professional AV systems, video conferencing, audio solutions, control systems, LED displays, and networked AV technologies.

Meet with clients to understand business, meeting room, training room, auditorium, boardroom, command center, and collaboration requirements.

Conduct site surveys and requirement gathering sessions.

Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable AV, UC, and collaboration solutions.

Present technical solutions and explain system functionality to clients.

Design end-to-end AV solutions based on customer requirements.

Prepare system architecture diagrams, signal flow diagrams, and AV schematics.

Develop room layouts and equipment placement recommendations.
-
Ensure designs comply with industry standards and project requirements.

Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for technical validation when required.

Prepare detailed Bills of Material (BOM) with accurate product selection and quantities.

Develop technical proposals, scope of work (SOW), compliance documents, and solution narratives.

Prepare cost estimates and support the sales team during bid submissions and tenders.

Review RFP/RFQ documents and prepare technical responses.

Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and hybrid meeting room solutions

Wireless presentation and content sharing solutions

Network infrastructure and PoE-based AV devices

Control room, command center, training room, and auditorium AV solutions

AV system design and integration knowledge

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Audio Visual Technology, or related field.

3–8 years of experience in AV pre-sales, solution design, or technical sales.

Experience in designing conference rooms, boardrooms, training rooms, auditoriums, and collaboration spaces.

Strong understanding of professional AV systems and unified communications.
