We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Wealth Manager to support the advisory, investment, and estate planning functions of our wealth management practice. This role involves conducting in-depth research across asset classes, providing market insights, and contributing to estate and succession planning frameworks tailored for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Business Growth
* Drive the growth of the IndiaWealth franchise by acquiring HNI, affluent, and emerging affluent clients seeking sophisticated wealth management solutions
* Build a strong network-driven business through referrals, strategic alliances, professional relationships, and industry engagement
* Develop and nurture a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients and family relationships
* Identify client needs proactively and provide holistic financial solutions across investments, protection, and wealth preservation
* Contribute meaningfully towards ambitious business growth targets while helping shape the long-term vision of the organization
Client Advisory & Wealth Planning
* Understand clients’ financial aspirations, risk profiles, family structures, and long-term wealth objectives
* Deliver a highly personalized and relationship-driven wealth management experience built on trust, discretion, and long-term value creation
* Engage clients with regular portfolio reviews, market perspectives, and strategic investment insights
* Build enduring multi-generational relationships with clients and their families through exceptional service standards and thoughtful engagement
Entrepreneurial Leadership & Brand Building
* Play an active role in building IndiaWealth into a respected next-generation wealth management brand
* Support and participate in seminars, investor meets, webinars, digital campaigns, and educational initiatives designed to strengthen brand visibility and credibility
* Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams to drive innovative client acquisition and engagement strategies
* Represent IndiaWealth at networking forums, industry events, and strategic business interactions
* Contribute entrepreneurial ideas, business initiatives, and growth opportunities as a valued and important member of the core team
Investment & Market Excellence
* Stay updated on financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and evolving investment opportunities
* Develop a strong understanding of mutual funds, PMS, bonds, insurance, structured products, and alternative investments
* Communicate market views, investment strategies, and research insights confidently and effectively to clients
* Continuously enhance professional knowledge and advisory capabilities in line with the evolving wealth management landscape
