Position : Automation Engineer (PLC & E&I – Allen Bradley Preferred)
Experience: 3–8 Years (flexible based on skill level)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems using Allen Bradley Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000.
- Configure and maintain FactoryTalk applications (HMI/SCADA) and RS Linx.
- Perform detailed Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) engineering, including:
- Cable schedules
- I/O list development
- Instrument datasheets
- Loop diagrams
- Work on MCC panels, including:
- Review of panel layout and wiring
- Motor starters, VFD integration, and protection systems
- Coordinate with site teams for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety practices.
Technical Skills Required
Must-Have (Preferred):
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Allen Bradley PLCs
- Studio 5000 / RS Logix 5000
- FactoryTalk View (SE/ME)
Good to Have (Secondary):
- Working knowledge of:
- Siemens S7-1200 & S7-1500 PLCs
- TIA Portal
E&I Engineering Skills:
- Cable scheduling and routing
- MCC panel knowledge
- Control panel design basics
- Instrumentation understanding
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience in industrial automation projects (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Process Industry, etc.).
- Commissioning and site exposure.
- Strong communication skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
