Key Responsibilities :-
1. Store Operations & Sales
- Drive Revenue: Lead the store team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and conversion metrics.
- Day-to-Day Administration: Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and daily store hygiene.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a premium, welcoming environment; handle escalations professionally to build brand loyalty.
2. Optometry & Product Knowledge
- Prescription Flow: Coordinate with in-house optometrists to ensure seamless patient eye exams and accurate power measurements.
- Product Expert: Advise customers on lens types (e.g., anti-glare, progressive), frame styles, and contact lenses based on their lifestyle and budget.
- Quality Control: Conduct final quality checks on dispensed eyewear before customer delivery to ensure prescription accuracy.
3. Team Leadership & Development
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise retail associates and on-floor sales staff.
- Performance Tracking: Set individual KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement incentive plans to boost team morale.
4. Inventory & Compliance
- Stock Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels of frames and lenses; conduct regular stocktakes and audits.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers and optical labs for timely product deliveries and order fulfillment.
- Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to eye care health and safety standards and industry regulations
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
