Job Title: PGT Commerce
Location: Pune, Alandi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dynamic PGT Commerce teacher to handle senior secondary classes (Grades 11–12) in accordance with CBSE curriculum. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Commerce subjects and ensuring strong academic outcomes.
Subjects to be handled:
- Accountancy
- Business Studies
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Grades 11–12 as per CBSE curriculum
- Teach Accountancy, Business Studies, effectively.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure completion of syllabus within stipulated timelines
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools for effective learning
- Prepare students for board examinations with strong conceptual clarity
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment
- Participate in academic planning, meetings, and school activities
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com / MBA / relevant field)
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Grades 11–12 (CBSE preferred)
Required Skills:
- Strong subject knowledge in all four Commerce subjects
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Ability to handle multiple subjects effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office / Smart Board / ERP systems
- Result-oriented and student-focused approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
