Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
- Request quotations, compare offers, and negotiate prices and terms.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain procurement documentation.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, inventory, finance) to understand procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and resolve supply issues or discrepancies.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Proven Experience in Procurement.
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, And Analytical Skills.
- Knowledge of Inventory Management and Procurement Software.
