About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Business Manager to lead our retail operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, optimizing inventory, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all daily retail store operations.
* Manage, train, and motivate the store team to achieve high performance.
* Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
* Manage inventory, stock levels, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
* Monitor expenses and help improve operational efficiency.
