Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple interior design projects from concept through completion.
- Prepare project schedules, track milestones, and ensure timely execution.
- Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor procurement, material deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, budgets, contracts, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in obtaining quotations, purchase orders, and approvals.
- Schedule site visits, client meetings, and team coordination meetings.
- Track project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Support the design team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an interior design, architecture, or fit-out company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with project management tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and vendor coordination is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
