Key Responsibilities Personality Development & Soft Skills Training
- Conduct engaging sessions on personality development, confidence building, self-awareness, and positive mindset.
- Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, presentation skills, and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Develop students' leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct workshops on emotional intelligence, resilience, goal setting, and self-management.
- Organize debates, group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, and leadership activities.
Finishing School & Etiquette Training
- Provide training in social, dining, and international etiquette.
- Guide students on professional grooming, personal branding, body language, and deportment.
- Conduct sessions on cultural awareness, social grace, and professional conduct.
- Prepare students for higher education, global exposure programs, and future career opportunities.
Student Mentorship & Well-being
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students in a residential environment.
- Provide individual coaching and constructive feedback for personal growth.
- Support students in building self-confidence, discipline, and positive behavior.
- Collaborate with House Parents, Counselors, and Academic Staff to monitor student progress and well-being.
Program Development
- Design and implement an annual personality development curriculum.
- Create engaging lesson plans, assessments, workshops, and experiential learning activities.
- Maintain records of student participation, assessments, and progress reports.
- Organize guest lectures, leadership camps, motivational talks, and enrichment programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, English, Education, Communication, Human Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Finishing School Training, Image Consulting, or Life Skills Training will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in personality development training, finishing school education, counseling, hospitality training, or a similar role.
- Experience in a boarding school environment will be preferred.
