Position Summary
We are seeking a System & Network Administrator with 4-5 years of experience to manage and support the organization's server infrastructure, network environment, security appliances, public cloud platforms, Google Workspace, and end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Server Administration
- Install, commission, and support rack-mounted servers (HPE, and Dell)
- Manage iLO/iDRAC and perform firmware, BIOS, driver, and OS upgrades.
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Working knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, domain management, and SSL certificates.
- Experience with domain registrar activities, renewals, and transfers
- Support backup and recovery operations.
- Maintain infrastructure documentation, asset records, and operational reports.
Network Administration
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, internet, switching, routing, and wireless infrastructure.
- Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity utilization.
- Maintain network documentation and support infrastructure upgrades.
Firewall & Security Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain FortiGate firewalls.
- Manage firewall policies, VPN connectivity, NAT, IPS, and security profiles.
- Monitor firewall logs and support security incident troubleshooting.
- Perform firewall upgrades, backups, and configuration reviews.
Cloud Administration
- Experience with at least one Public Cloud Service Provider (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), with emphasis on cloud networking, connectivity, and security
- Manage cloud networking components, VPN connectivity, security groups, and access controls.
- Monitor cloud resources, availability, and performance.
- Support cloud security, backup, and disaster recovery activities.
Google Workspace Administration
- Administer Google Workspace services including Gmail, Drive, Meet, and Admin Console.
- Manage user lifecycle activities, security settings, and MFA implementation.
- Support email configuration, troubleshooting, and migration activities.
Desktop Support (Level-2)
- Provide second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and end-user devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Support endpoint patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- Windows and Linux Server Administration.
- Rack-mounted server installation and commissioning.
- FortiGate Firewall Administration.
- Network Administration (Switching, Routing, VPN, Wireless).
- Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with emphasis on cloud networking at least one CSP
- Google Workspace Administration.
- Server firmware and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in Server Administration, Network Administration, Firewall Management, Public Cloud, and End-User Support.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
