Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied, while continuously monitoring and managing key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management. Collaboration across teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving successful project outcomes.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes and increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and their implementation.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
