Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will support daily accounting operations, including billing, record-keeping, and basic financial tasks. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone at the start of their accounting career who is willing to learn and grow in a retail business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage daily sales invoices and purchase entries
- Maintain records of cash, bank transactions, and expenses
- Assist in bookkeeping and updating ledgers
- Support GST billing and basic compliance documentation
- Reconcile daily sales with cash/UPI/card payments
- Help in tracking receivables and follow up with customers for payments
- Assist in stock-related entries and coordination with the floor team
- Maintain organized financial records and files
- Support senior accountant/owner in basic reporting and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com / pursuing commerce degree or relevant field
- 0.6–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
