Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Maintain platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards
Provide technical documentation and support for deployed solutions
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge) and HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events)
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow Studio
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including authentication and web services
Familiarity with CMDB, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer
ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-HRSD are a plus
