Key Responsibilities –
Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to senior decision-makers in the US market.
- Engage C-Level, VP-Level, Director-Level, and other business executives across various industries.
- Build rapport and establish meaningful business conversations.
- Generate qualified appointments for clients' sales teams.
Lead Qualification
- Identify business needs, challenges, and ongoing initiatives.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined campaign criteria.
- Gather relevant business intelligence including:
- Current initiatives
- Technology landscape
- Pain points
- Decision-making process
- Project timelines
- Stakeholders
Meeting Generation
- Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and client sales executives.
- Clearly communicate the meeting agenda and value proposition.
- Confirm prospect availability and meeting logistics.
- Ensure all qualification parameters are met before handing over opportunities.
CRM & Data Management
- Update CRM/excel comments accurately after every interaction.
- Maintain detailed call notes and meeting information.
- Track follow-ups and nurture prospects where required.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal processes.
Campaign Knowledge
- Develop a thorough understanding of assigned client campaigns.
- Learn client offerings, industries, target personas, and competitive positioning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer challenges.
- Effectively communicate campaign-specific messaging.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Achieve monthly qualified meeting targets.
- Maintain high-quality conversations with executive-level prospects.
- Improve conversion rates from conversations to scheduled meetings.
- Deliver accurate lead qualification and opportunity handovers.
- Maintain CRM/call notes hygiene and timely activity updates.
- Consistently meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Represent clients and Incinque professionally during all prospect interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

- International sales or lead generation certifications are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in International B2B Lead Generation, SDR, Inside Sales, Appointment Setting, or Cold Calling.
- Experience calling the US, UK, or European markets is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in IT Services, SaaS, Technology, Consulting, or B2B services is an advantage.
