Job Summary

MSM Unify is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Desk Executive in Gurugram (Work from Office). The role focuses on managing and coordinating travel operations for upper management, ensuring efficient arrangements and professional documentation within a fast-paced, globally oriented education technology environment.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end travel operations for management and staff, facilitating bookings, itineraries, visa arrangements, and accommodation.
Manage daily travel reports, maintain expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.J
Provide timely support via email and phone for travel requests, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
Liaise with cross-functional teams and vendors for travel approvals and service quality.
Support senior management with special travel needs and troubleshoot any travel issues.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline (Preference for candidates with travel industry background).
2-3 years of experience as a travel desk executive or travel coordinator, preferably in a multinational or high-growth company.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in dynamic settings.
