Job Title : Manager- Strategic Excellence (Textile)
- Creating standardized processes to strengthen strategic decision-making.
- Acting as a liaison between Plant and Head Office to align tasks and ensure seamless execution of operations.
- Actively participating in internal stakeholder review meetings, documenting Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
- Performing detailed analysis of product costs and preparing strategic pricing to maximize profit margins.
Education, Experience and Skillsets:
- BTech + MBA with 10+ yrs of experience from textile manufacturing industry
- Understanding of production processes and timelines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- The person would be based at 2 different plants at Boisar and Sarigam(Gujarat) for 4 days and 2 days at HO(Mumbai)
- People from Western Suburbs like Virar and Vasai would be preferable.
