Job Summary
Vecura Wellness Clinic is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telugu Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for speaking with prospective and existing patients, explaining our wellness services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Explain the clinic's wellness programs and services clearly and professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments.
- Address customer queries and guide them to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the system.
- Build rapport with patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet daily call and appointment booking targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi are an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, healthcare, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
