Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complete production activities of the CNC and VMC machine shop.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and ensure timely target achievement.
- Monitor machine utilization, OEE, cycle time, downtime, and production efficiency.
- Handle CNC/VMC machining processes, machine setting, tooling, and process optimization.
- Improve tool life and reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and production costs.
- Review engineering drawings, GD&T, process plans, and machining requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, Maintenance, Purchase, and Planning departments.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and minimize machine breakdowns.
- Lead, train, and supervise operators, setters, programmers, and production technicians.
- Maintain proper production records, machine reports, rejection reports, and manpower reports.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, safety standards, and continuous improvement activities.
- Support customer audits, quality audits, and management review meetings.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in CNC and VMC machine-shop production.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC programming, setting, tooling, and fixture selection.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
- Knowledge of OEE, cycle-time reduction, tool-life improvement, and rejection control.
- Experience in manpower handling and production planning.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement systems.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
