Designation: Sales Telecaller Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry Qualification: Graduate Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and experience in real estate sales or telecalling.
Key Responsibilities Contact prospective customers via phone to introduce and promote real estate projects and services.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team with interested clients.
Generate and qualify new leads through calls, social media platforms, referrals, and other outreach channels.
Support the sales team by providing quality leads and assisting in the customer conversion process.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM or database.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
Gather customer feedback and market insights and share them with the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes and customer relationship management.
Ability to handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
